What is the minimum order?
There is no fixed MOQ — a single custom mural for one wall is a normal order for us.
How long does production take?
Most murals ship within 7–15 days after proof approval, depending on size and stitch density. Card-making for custom designs adds about 5–7 days.
Can you match my paint color or furniture?
Yes. Send us a photo of the room and we adjust thread colors during the proof stage before stitching begins.
How is the mural installed?
The embroidered panel is wall-mounted like premium wallpaper or fabric wallcovering. Your installer can use standard wallpaper adhesive; we supply installation guidance with every order.
