1. Quotations
All prices are quoted per project based on size, stitch count and complexity, and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quotation is an offer, not a binding contract.
2. Orders & proofs
An order is confirmed once the digital proof is approved and the agreed deposit is received. Proof approval authorises production to the exact layout, colors and dimensions shown.
3. Production & lead time
Standard production is 7–15 days from proof approval; custom stitch cards add 5–7 days. Lead times are good-faith estimates and may vary with order volume.
4. Payment
Terms are agreed per order (typically a deposit before production and balance before shipment). Bank transfer and other agreed methods are accepted.
5. Inspection & claims
Inspect goods on arrival. Claims for defects or transit damage must be notified within 7 days of receipt with photographs; we repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
6. Custom work
Murals made from your own artwork are non-returnable once produced, as they are made to your specification. Stitch-card fees are one-time and non-refundable once the card is made.
7. Intellectual property
Registered patterns remain the intellectual property of Yanxiu or its licensors. Customers receive a licence to use the embroidered mural in their own premises or projects, not to resell the design files or stitch cards.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with disputes resolved through friendly negotiation first.
